摘要

介绍了傅立叶幅值灵敏度检验扩展法(EFAST)的基本理论,应用ANSYS-APDL建立了某型艇动力装置管路系统的参数化模型,利用MATLAB软件编制了应用傅立叶幅值灵敏度检验扩展法计算该模型的灵敏度程序,灵敏度分析计算结果表明,对本管路系统而言,管路壁厚,弹性吊架的刚度、集中质量的大小及位置、弹性支撑位置对管路系统的冲击响应影响较大。本文的研究方法及结论为管路系统抗冲击优化设计提供了依据.

Abstract

The theory of extended fourier amplitude sensitivity test is introduced and the parametric model of piping system of main power on ship is built by ANSYS-APDL. The procedure for applying extended fourier amplitude sensitivity test to computing sensitivities of the model is programmed by MATLAB software. The sensitivity analysis indicates that the key factors influence the shock response of the piping system studied are thick of the pipe, the rigidity of the elastic hanger, the quality of the lump, the spot of the lump, and the spot of the elastic support, The result and the study method can be used in the optimal design of shock resistant of piping system.
