摘要

本文利用振动理论进行旋转超声振动系统的结构设计,可以获得振动系统的放大系数,应力分布和速度分布等重要参数。并把ANSYS有限元分析软件应用于简单的阶梯形变幅杆进行模态分析,得到共振频率19575HZ,设计误差仅为2.12%,证明其有限元方法能够满足旋转振动系统的工程设计要求,从而提高其设计的效率和可靠性。

Abstract

Rotary Ultrasonic Vibration System(RUVS)can be designed by using vibration theory to obtain some important parameters such as the magnifying coefficient, stress and velocity distribution etc. Meanwhile the modal analysis of step horn can be researched to obtain resonance frequency 19575HZ by means of ANSYS. The frequency error to calculation figure is only 2.12%, The research results proves that the design of RUVS can be fulfilled by ANSYS to obtain high efficiency & reliability of design.
