This paper introduced an experimental device of synchronous dual-rotor with little speed difference and built the dynamic model of this rotor system. The dynamics such as critical speed and unbalance response was analyzed by the finite-element method. Different dynamic characteristics of the dual-rotor system under three running states, in a single rotor (inner or outer rotor), synchronously and micro-speedily in-and-outside the rotor, were compared. Finally, the dynamics of the devices were measured practically. The result showed this experimental device reached the requirement of studying the principle of dynamic balance.
