以1T15M-2型膜式空气弹簧为基础,建立了带附加气室空气弹簧的试验系统,试验研究了带附加气室空气弹簧动刚度的影响因素,对各影响因素的影响规律做了详细描述,并对各因素的影响机理做了探讨。试验结果及分析表明,振动频率、激励振幅、弹簧初始气压、节流孔开度和附加气室容积是弹簧动刚度的主要因素;弹簧初始气压、振动频率和振幅的增大均会增加弹簧动刚度,节流孔开度和附加气室容积的增大则有利于降低弹簧动刚度,但附加气室容积超过弹簧工作容积2倍以上时,附加气室容积的变化对动刚度的影响便不再明显。



Abstract

Based on 1T15M-2 type air spring, the experiment system of air spring with auxiliary chamber was established. The influential factors on dynamic stiffness of air spring with auxiliary chamber were studied by experimental methods, and the influential laws were described in detail, at the same time the influential mechanism of factors on dynamic stiffness was discussed. Experiment results showed that, vibration frequency, vibration amplitude, pressure of air spring, orifice open and volume of auxiliary chamber are the main factors on dynamic stiffness of air spring with auxiliary chamber. With the increasing of air pressure in air spring and vibration amplitude , the dynamic stiffness of air spring would increase. And increasing the orifice open and volume of auxiliary chamber both cause the decreasing of dynamic stiffness of air spring, but when the volume of auxiliary chamber is 2 times more than that of air spring , change of auxiliary chamber volume have little influence on dynamic stiffness of air spring.
