摘要







研究了碰摩转子刚度增加现象的相位特征。转子与定子的全局碰摩在通过并远离临界转速后仍然可以持续。理论证明了,发生稳态全局碰摩时,该现象具有确定的相位特征,即激励与响应的相位差随着转速的增加逐渐接近 。当激励与响应的相位差略微大于 后,相位突然转迁到接近 。此时,全局碰摩结束,振幅跳跃到非碰摩运动状态。结合解析和数值结果,解释了这一现象以及其物理机制,并对全局碰摩失稳后,系统运动状态的相位特征进行了初步探讨。

Abstract

The phase characteristics of stiffness increase phenomena of a rubbing rotor are investigated. The full annular contact may be maintained for a wide speed range even though the rotor has passed through its critical speed. It is verified that for stationary rub, the phase has an inherent characteristics, that is, the phase difference between the response and the excitation approaches to gradually along with the increased rotor speed; the phase difference will jump to after it exceeds with a small increment, and then non-rub motion start. The analytically and numerical results give mechanism of stiffness increase. The phase characteristics of non-stationary rub motions after Hopf bifurcation have also be numerically analyzed.
