摘要

基于工程实际需求,对转子系统定点碰摩故障的运动特性及时频特征进行了实验研究。实验选取了不同转速下的三种典型工况,在传统的幅值谱、轴心轨迹分析方法基础上进一步应用Hilbert-Huang 变换(HHT)通过对故障信号的自适应分解及Hilbert时频谱、边际谱分析从瞬时频率的角度详尽的刻画了系统的时变特性,揭示了转子系统定点碰摩呈现显著的周期性运动特性及具体的时间-频率(瞬时频率)-幅值及能量分布情况,为故障的早期预防与进一步诊断提供参考。

Abstract

Based on the demand of engineering, the motion characteristics and time-frequency properties a rotor system with rub-impact at fixed limiter were studied by using experiments. Three typical cases with different rotating speeds were chosen in experiments. On the basis of traditional amplitude spectrum and shaft center orbit, Hilbert-Huang transformation was applied to the fault signals analysis. Fault features were characterized completely and accurately with Hilbert spectrum. It was shown there are typical characteristics of periodic motion and the corresponding time-frequency (instantaneous frequency) -amplitude /energy representations in the rotor system with rub-impact at fixed limiter.
