摘要

振动能量采集系统可广泛应用于为无线传感器节点和低功耗电子设备供电。振动式微型发电机是振动能量采集系统中的关键部件,可分为电磁式、压电式、静电式、磁致伸缩式和复合式等类型。本文综述了振动式微型发电机结构、形式、以及理论仿真模型的最新进展,分析了振动式微型发电机面临的困难和发展趋势。

Abstract

The vibration energy harvesting system could be widely used to power the wireless sensor nodes and low energy consuming electronic devices. Vibration powered microgenerator is the key component in vibration energy harvesting system, which could be classified into five types: the electromagnetic, the piezoelectric, the electrostatic, the magnetostrictive and the composite types. The latest developments of structure, style and simulation model of the generator are reviewed, and the difficulty and trend to develop the generator are analyzed.
