Abstract: Compared with natural seism, frequency is higher, strength attenuation is faster and duration of shaking is shorter for blasting vibration, etc. Blasting vibration excitation on structures is non-uniform, but researches on blasting vibration responses of structures under non-uniform excitation are little at present. Therefore, using Lagrange interpolation, non-uniform excitation loading of field-measured data was achieved. Then the dynamic finite element software LS-DYNA was used to simulate and analyze different responses of a four-storey masonry structure under different excitation ways(uniform excitation, multi-support excitation, non-uniform excitation). The effects of different blasting-vibration signal amplitude and main frequency on structure responses under the same excitation way was analyzed. The regulation of every-storey vibration peak velocity under non-uniform excitation was also studied. The results indicate that masonry walls are destroyed more easily under the same load excitation. The excitation under the higher frequency vibration should use non-uniform excitation. Vibration peak velocity of every-storey in structure increases with the raise of storey height.
