摘要

某钢铁公司引进德国SMS双机架可逆式冷轧机组,在轧制带钢过程中F2轧机发生了异常严重振动现象,导致带钢和支承辊表面上生成明暗振纹。通过现场综合测试、信号分析、理论研究与计算机仿真,确定了引起异常振动的原因。

Abstract

The exceptional vibration phenomenon of the F2 stand in two stand reversing cold mill while rolling caused cross striations on the surface of sheet steel
and backup roll. Field integrated testing, analysis of signals and theoretical research,and computer simulation were made to ascertain the reason of this exceptional vibration and advance the measures to restrain the vibration.
