摘要

基于振动信号分析的故障诊断方法依赖于机械状态特征的有效提取。盲源分离能够从复杂的信号中分离出源信号,是一种有效的特征提取手段。建立的多通道盲解卷积模型和机械系统的振动模型表明了两个模型的一致性,理论上证明了盲解卷积用于机械振动信号分离的可行性。利用MBLMS算法进行实测柴油机振动信号的分离实验,成功分离出了活塞撞击、燃烧和进气阀关闭信号,试验结果证明了盲解卷积能够有效分离柴油机振动信号。

Abstract

The fault diagnosis method based on vibration signal analysis depends on efficient extraction of mechanical state feature. Blind source separation is an efficient method for feature extraction, which can separate source signals from complex signals. The founded multichannel blind deconvolution model and mechanical system vibration model respectively pointed out the consistency berween these two models, verified the feasibility of using blind deconvolution to separate mechanical vibration signal. MBLMS arithmetic was used to separate vibration signals of diesel engine. The signals of piston slap, combustion and closure of input value were successfully separated, the results verified blind deconvolution can sucessfully separation desiel vibration signal.
