摘要

提出了一种新型矩形蜂窝夹芯夹层加筋圆柱壳结构形式。分析了其在水下爆炸冲击载荷下的动力响应特征及
冲击防护作用机理。采用LS‐DYNA 计算该结构在水下爆炸冲击载荷下的动力响应;并以耐压壳体的最大变形和塑性应
变为评价指标,计算讨论了典型设计参数变化对冲击防护效果的影响。最后针对一个典型方案,分析了其在不同冲击环境下的冲击防护效果。

Abstract

A new kind of rectangular honeycomb sandwich stiffened cylindrical shell is proposed. The responses and shock‐protection
mechanism of this new structure are analyzed. In the study, the commercial code LS‐DYNA is employed to analyze the dynamic
responses of this new sandwich structure subjected to underwater explosion shock load. The largest deformation and plastic strain of
pressure hull are selected as the indicators to evaluate the effects of typical parameters on the anti‐shock performance of the structure.
At last, the anti‐shock performance of a typical honeycomb sandwich stiffened cylindrical shell in different shock environment is also
investigated.
