摘要

冲击压路机施工振动对路旁地下光缆有何影响,尚没有明确的实验及理论定论,制约了冲击压实技术在埋设地下光缆路段的应用。为了解决这个问题,基于实际工程参数,根据有关假设,模拟冲击压实施工多周期加载模式,建立三维有限元模型,利用ANSYS软件对路面附近不同埋深的光缆在冲击压路机施工时受到的振动影响进行数值分析,结果表明冲击压实施工对埋深60cm的光缆影响不大,当光缆的埋设位置由原来位置向路面板方向靠近时,冲击压实施工对光缆产生的影响逐渐变大,在基层底部向上0.1m处和基层底部向上0.14m处Z方向压应力和X方向拉应力分别达到允许值,对光缆造成破坏

Abstract

There is still not any specific experiment and theory to explain that impact roller vibration has effected on the buried optical fiber cables. And this has restricted applying impact compaction technology to the highway section with buried optical fiber cable. In order to solve this issue, based on practical project parameter, according to the relative hypothesis and simulating the multi-cycle loading mode of impact compaction construction, a 3-D finite element model was developed. The vibration effects on different optical fiber cable caused by impact compaction construction were analyzed with the Ansys software, and the results show that impact compaction construction has little effect on the optical fiber cable in 60cm buried depth. The impact of the construction on the cable was larger when the location of the cable gradually nears the direction of the pavement. The compressive stress of Z direction and the tensile stress of X direction came to the allowed values respectively when the cable buried up to 0.1 meter and 0.14 meter of the bottom of the subgrade, then the cable was destroyed
