摘要

采用双谱对柴油发动机曲轴轴承非稳态振动信号进行了分析,根据双谱对称性,对第一象限的对角线及对角线以下区域划分成若干等分区域,计算每个等分频率面内的双谱平均幅值,作为分析对象特征值,利用变精度粗糙集理论提取与特定故障部位强相关特征参数。分析结果表明:双谱能有效消除曲轴轴承非稳态振动信号中的噪声,变精度粗糙集能提取出与分析对象相关的关键因素,双谱和变精度粗糙集相结合能实现故障特征的自动提取

Abstract

The unstable vibration signal of diesel engine crankshaft bearing is analyzed by the method of bispectrum, according to the symmetry of bispectrum the area below the diagonal in the first quadrant is ploted as many identical regions in which the bispectrum average breadth value is calculated as the feature of the analytic object, and the Variable Precision Rough Set Theory (VPRST) is used to extract the feature parameters that correlate with the fault parts tightly. The analytic results show that the noise embeded in the unstable vibration signal of crankshaft bearing can be eliminated by bispectrum, the key factors relevant to the analytic object can be mined by VPRST, and the fault feature can be extracted automatically by bispectrum combined with VPRST
