摘要

分析了半主动控制及时滞对高速铁道车辆运行平稳性、运动稳定性和安全性能的影响。首先利用多体动力学技术建立了62个自由度的高速铁道车辆非线性模型,并在此基础上设计了基于Bouc-Wen立方修正模型的磁流变阻尼器和半主动控制器,最后利用ADAMS+MATLAB联合仿真的方法分析了半主动控制与时滞对铁道车辆动力学性能的影响。结果表明,半主动控制可以有效提高车辆运行平稳性和安全性能,但会在一定程度上降低车辆的运动稳定性。随着时滞量的增加,半主动控制作用下的动力学性能并非逐渐恶化,而是呈波浪形变化,且在100~200 ms和400~500 ms时滞范围内最差。半主动开关控制及其改进型在有无时滞考虑时控制效果不同,这就更加证明了进行时滞分析的必要性

Abstract

Effects of semi-active control and time-delay on riding quality, running stability and safety of high-speed railway vehicle were analyzed. Firstly, 62 DOF nonlinear model was built using multi-body-dynamics technology, and then MR damper and semi-active controller was designed based on the modified cubic model of Bouc-Wen. Finally, the influences of semi-active control and time-delay on the dynamic performance of railway vehicle were investigated based on ADMAS+MATLAB co-simulation. The results show that semi-active control can effectively improve the riding quality and safety of vehicle, but in some extent reduce the running stability of vehicle. With the increasing of time-delay, the dynamic performance is not worsened gradually but presents wavelike change, and be poorest in the range of 100~200 ms and 400~500 ms. The control effects are different under semi-active control and improved semi-active control when consider time delay or not, which prove the necessity of time delay analysis
