摘要

进气系统的声学稳健性设计是保证车辆车内声学指标稳健的前提。首先,以声学理论为基础,进行进气系统各个声学元件的声学解耦;其次,以进气系统单个声学元件的声学稳健性优化为基础,基于传递损失推导整个进气系统的“归1化”参数;最后,结合进气系统各个声学元件的重要度指标,基于传递损失进行整个进气系统的声学稳健性优化。通过进气系统的声学稳健性设计,能够准确迅速得到各个声学元件综合稳健的设计信息。因此,在概念设计阶段基于传递损失的声学稳健性设计可为车辆发动机进气系统的结构设计提供定量的依据,具有很高的工程应用价值。

Abstract

The acoustic robust design of intake system is precondition to ensure vehicle inner acoustics index robustness. Firstly, based on acoustic theory, acoustic uncoupling of acoustic parts of intake system was completed; secondly, with groundwork of acoustic robust optimization of single acoustic part of intake system, based on transfer loss unitary parameters of whole intake system was educed; finally, associated with importance index of acoustic parts of intake system, based on transfer loss acoustic robust optimization of whole intake system was carried through. Through acoustic robust design of intake system, the information of integrative robust design of acoustic parts of intake system was rapidly and accurately obtained. Thus, based on transfer loss acoustic robust design can provide quantificational basis for the structure design of vehicle’s engine intake system, which is of great practical engineering significance.
