摘要

重载摆角铣头是重型五轴联动数控机床的重要功能部件,用于大型复杂曲面的加工。这类铣头的特点是必须同时实现回转和摆角等多自由度运动、结构紧凑、重载和高刚度。掌握铣头的模态特性及其影响因素之间的关系,是重载摆角铣头自主研发必须解决的关键问题。为此,提出一种多约束方式下的理论分析与实验验证相结合的综合研究方法。在理论分析方面,模拟铣头悬挂状态和实际工况两种约束方式,对摆角铣头进行了模态分析和比较,相互验证两种约束状态下理论分析的正确性。在实验研究方面,铣头箱体采用自由支撑、铣头整体采用原装固定的方式分别进行了模态实验研究,并将实验研究结果和上述理论分析结果进行了比较和分析。从而得到铣头准确的模态特性、薄弱环节及其影响因素,为国产重载摆角铣头的结构优化设计和改进提供理论与实验支持。

Abstract

The heavy load deflection angle milling head is an important functional component of 5-axis linkage CNC machine tool, which is used for processing large and complex free-form surface. The characteristics of this kind of milling head are implementing multiple degrees of freedom motion with revolution and deflection angle simultaneously, owning compact structure, heavy load and high stiffness. Mastering the relationship between modal characteristics of milling head and its influence factors is a pre-requisite solving problem for the development and research of heavy load deflection angle milling head independently. Therefore, an integrated research method which combines experiment validation and theoretical analysis with many constraint styles is introduced. In theoretical analysis aspect, modal analysis and comparison of milling head with appending and practical working state two constraint styles are carried through, which validate the correctness of theoretical analysis of the two constraint styles. In experimental research aspect, modal experimental research is carried through with free support for box, and initial fixing for the whole milling head. Experimental and theoretical analysis results are compared and analyzed. Therefore, exact modal characteristics of milling head and unsubstantial segments and its influence factors are gotten, which provide theoretical and experimental support for structure optimization and improving of heavy load deflection angle milling head.
