摘 要:为了对运动参量测试设备进行校准,研制了一套双曲柄连杆耦合运动装置。通过两套变频调速伺服电机进行运动控制,产生了大范围可调的动态位移、速度、加速度等运动参量。通过4通道高速采集卡和工控机完成全程运动参数的精确测量和运动误差分析。在设计机械结构、控制系统和信号测量系统的基础上,提出了一种基于时间共轭的超前反馈控制算法和基于相位比较的测量方法。测试结果表明速度、加速度的测量误差小于1%。该校准装置可以用于运动测试设备的校准。



Abstract

Abstract: A double slider-crank mechanism was developed to calibrate the motorial parameters testing equipment. The displacement, velocity, acceleration and other motorial parameters were generated dynamically and could be modulated in a broad range. The 4 channel high speed data acquisition system was utilized to measure and process the motorial parameters accurately. Based on the design of mechanical structure, control system and measuring system, an advanced feedback control method according to time conjugate and a measurement method according to phase comparison were proposed. Measurement results indicated that the error of velocity and acceleration was within 1%. The apparatus developed in this work can be used for calibration of motorial parameters.
