摘 要:为了解决某重型车辆驾驶室抖动问题,通过制动抖动整车道路再现试验研究,分析了抖动现象的特征,确定了制动力作用下驾驶室抖动振动的传递路径,得出了车架悬架系统X、Y方向限位刚度不足是导致驾驶室抖动的主要原因。在上述分析的基础上对车辆抖动问题提出了解决方案,并对原车进行了试验验证,结果表明本文所提出的解决方案很好地解决了驾驶室制动抖动问题,同时验证了本文分析的合理性和可行性。

Abstract

Abstract: In order to solve the cab jitter problem for a heavy-duty truck, the experimental research on the cab jitter phenomenon induced by brake judder is first presented in this paper. Next, the characteristics of the cab jitter and the effect factors are analyzed, and the transfer path of the cab jitter vibration under braking force is acquired, which indicates that the insufficient stiffness of suspension system in X and Y directions is the main reason to lead to the cab jitter. Finally, on the basis of the test analysis, a solution for the cab jitter is put forward, and the cab jitter vibration reappearance test is carried as a road test. The results show that the proposed method can solve the problem of the brake cab jitter and validates the rationality and feasibility of the test analysis.
