摘要

摘要:刚柔耦合模型是波轮式全自动洗衣机结构设计的基础。为建立这一模型,首先在ANSYS中建立了盛水桶的有限元模型并进行模态分析,进而通过与实验结果的对比验证了有限元模型的正确性。采用修正的Craig-Bampton模态对盛水桶进行动力学建模,并与刚性模型进行耦合,推导得到系统整体的刚柔耦合模型。最后,采用 方法求解系统DAE方程组,得到了脱水过程中盛水桶的变形信息与载荷信息。将载荷信息反馈给ANSYS进行分析,其计算结果与本文结果进行了对比,验证了本文模型的有效性。

Abstract

Abstract:This paper derives a flexible model for the vertical axis automatic washing machine. First, a finite element model is established in ANSYS. Modal analysis is carried out and the result is proved by experiment. The modified Craig-Bampton modal is employed to derive a flexible model for the tub which is then coupled with the rigid model to establish a flexible model of the whole system. The generalized- method is used to solve the DAEs of the dynamic model, and the deformations and loads of the tub are obtained. At last, the loads are sent back into ANSYS for further analysis. The deformations calculated by ANAYS are compared with those obtained by our model and the effectiveness of the flexible model built in this paper is proved.
