Electric drive shock pneumatic hammer is a special drill hammer with high frequency shock motion. By establishing pneumatic impact mechanism’s mathematics model and simulating calculation, it can be quick to achieve the study on pneumatic shock parameters. Through the analysis on each state variable’s calculated curves of the impact piston, it indicates that the AMESim model conforms to the movement rule of the shock pneumatic hammer’s pistons. During the research, it analysed that, in different frequency range, how did the location of gas supply hole and frequency affect the shock properties. And in a given input frequency, the optimal coverage of the gas supply hole’ location has been determined .For other pneumatic shock mechanism’s parameters design of the same type, the method involved and results have theoretical guidance significance.
