The armature acted by trust will move along the rail when the current is switched on, as the same time, the Ampere force and press produced by armature are applied at the rail, and the containment external rail will play the role of elastic support, therefore, the rail can be simplified as elastic foundation beam. By means of twice Fourier transform, the general solution for dynamic deflection of the rail under moving load was derived. Based on electromagnetic theory, Heat transfer and Basic equations of elasticity, the expression of thrust subjected to armature, the repulsion interaction between rail and the press acted on rail by the armature can be obtained, on this basis, the Specific form solution of deflection of the rail when the electromagnetic rail is at a launching state was got. The influence to the dynamic response which is brought by the charging current, rail size and stiffness of rail is analyzed in this paper.
