摘要

采用欧拉-伯努利梁模型来模拟海上风力发电机组的支撑结构,利用通用有限元软件ANSYS对机组支撑结构进行计算建模。在此基础上,分析了风力发电机组上端结构质量(风轮、机舱等)、整个机组重力以及海水对支撑结构固有频率的影响,并给出瞬态冲击下支撑结构的动力响应历程。计算结果表明,在计算海上风力发电机组支撑结构固有频率时应考虑上端结构质量的影响,可以不考虑重力的影响,而海水对高阶固有频率影响很大;在瞬态冲击下,上端结构质量使得支撑结构响应变得平缓。

Abstract

Euler-Bernoulli beam model is taken to simulate the offshore wind turbine support structure. The universal finite element software ANSYS is adopted to establish the calculation model of support structure. Based on these, the influences of the upper structure quality (including rotor, engine, etc) of the wind turbine and the whole wind turbine gravity and seawater on the support structure’s natural frequency are analyzed. The dynamic response of support structure under the transient shock is presented. The results show that the upper structure quality should be taken into account, but the gravity of the wind turbine can be ignored when calculating the natural frequency of the support structure; the influence of seawater is great when considering the high order natural frequency of the support structure; and the upper structure quality would make the response of support structure more smooth under the transient shock
