摘要

深圳地铁五号线民治站基坑工程紧邻平南铁路,路堤顶部高于基坑开挖面7~9m,基坑地连墙切入铁路路堤坡脚2m,不仅承受较大偏压静载,且受列车动载影响。通过现场测试获得列车激振荷载衰减规律,并作为激励作用于动力有限元模型,比对5种工况讨论了列车荷载对基坑围护结构的振动响应。结果表明,实测列车水平加速度大于垂直加速度,并随着水平距离及竖向深度的增大呈非线性衰减。围护结构变形对列车激振作用比较敏感,而内力变化不大。基坑开挖中,紧临铁路侧连续墙和支撑结构振动加速度存在一定的放大效应,而车站结构施做完毕,紧临铁路侧振动加速度变化不大,而远离铁路侧振动幅值有较大增长。基于变形控制标准,提出了列车限速60km/h的减震控制措施,可供类似工程参考。

Abstract

Minzhi Station of the Shenzhen Metro Line 5 is close to Pingnan Railway. The top of railroad bed is about 7~9m higher than ground line of foundation excavation, north of foundation pit enclosure structure of 2 m cut to the railway slope toe, not only bearing a greater unsymmetrical load, but effected by moving train dynamic load. Excitation of trains onto the pit is obtained by site test, which is applied on the dynamic finite element models. Vibration response of retaining structure of foundation pit under train dynamic load is discussed for different conditions. The results show that horizontal acceleration is greater than the vertical acceleration, and together attenuate nonlinearly with the increase of horizontal distance and vertical depth. Deformation of retaining structure is more sensitive to the action of train load, and the structure force changes little. After excavation, the dynamic response in the continuous wall and support structure close to the railway is amplified. The vibration accelerations in Retaining wall close to the railway vary little, but for that far from the railway the acceleration response increases obviously after the station structures are constructed finally. According to deformation requirement, vibration control measures of 60km/h limited speed for train are put forward, which can be used for reference to similar projects.
