摘要

利用有限元仿真程序,分析了反舰导弹侵彻舰船过程中的结构变化和过载响应,获得了战斗部侵入舱体后的位置信息,据此确定出弹靶舱室内爆的初始条件,随后开展了模拟舱室抗装药内爆的结构设计和静爆试验。研究结果表明:反舰导弹能够穿透高强度钢制舷体,在目标内实现内爆效应;模拟舱室在内爆情况下发生因焊接缝裂开而结构垮塌;加厚壁结构弯曲变形吸收冲击波能,局部凹陷,整体无破坏,能够起到防护重要舱室的作用。

Abstract

With the help of finite element program, the structure transformation and overloading response are analyzed in the penetration process of missile to ship. The position information of warhead in cabin is obtained, which gives rise to initial condition of inner explosion. Then, cabin model is designed and inner-explosion experiments are carried out. The simulated research showed that anti-missile penetrates the shipboard which makes large overload to fuse and main charge. Experimental results show that total structure is collapsed when it faces high detonation wave. Owing to weak strength of welding positions, the high pressure leak from there originally. Being good absorption of shock wave energy, thick board is not broken but cupped partially. Thick board can prevent vital cabin from damaged even though the ship suffers from inner explosion.
