摘要

兆瓦级风电齿轮箱的使用环境十分恶劣,其振动特性直接影响整个风力发电机组的使用性能。论文介绍某兆瓦级风电齿轮箱基本结构和传动原理,分析风机远程实时在线振动测试方法,对某兆瓦级风机齿轮箱进行远程实时在线测试和评价。表明该风电齿轮箱振动频率主要表现为中间级啮合频率、高速级啮合频率及其倍频,扭力臂振动强度最大,其振动速度有效值为1.79mm/s,齿轮箱振动强度达到A级水平。测试结果为兆瓦级风电齿轮箱设计开发和动态性能优化提供依据。

Abstract

The vibration characteristics of megawatt level wind turbine gearbox have a direct impact on the usability of the entire wind turbine due to its extreme working conditions. And a special wind turbine gearbox structure is presented in this research. Also, the method of remote real-time online vibration test is analyzed and a remote online dynamic test system is performed to test its vibration characteristics and an evaluation is presented. Results show that the main frequencies of vibration of wind turbine focus on mesh frequencies and their multiple-frequencies of output stage and middle-class transmission. Besides, the RMS of vibration of torque-arm is the largest, reaching 1.79mm/s, the vibration level of gearbox reaches A. These provide the basis data for the design and dynamic optimization of megawatt level wind turbine gearbox.
