摘要

对救生舱抵抗瓦斯爆炸冲击的能力进行分析,为其结构设计及改进提供理论指导意见。应用非线性显式有限元算法对瞬间冲击的响应进行模拟,得出冲击过程中的应力、应变变化规律和最终变形情况。得出变形量和压力峰值并非线性关系,而是随峰值升高变形量急剧增大;舱体受到0.5MPa峰值冲击波作用时发生弹性变形,大于1.0MPa峰值时产生塑性变形;冲击卸载后,由于惯性作用变形会有所滞后,随后有一定量的回弹。可将舱头优化为向外凸的结构,以减少局部过度变形造成的破坏。

Abstract

To make some theoretical references for the structural design and its optimization, ability of the refuge chamber resisting gas explosion impact was analyzed by numerical simulation. Through simulating the instantaneous impact and the reaction from refuge chamber with the nonlinear explicit of FEM, stress, strain and displacement during the impact, deformed structure after the impact were attained. The conclusions are as follows: The relationship between the deform and peak of pressure is nonlinear; The refuge chamber’s deformation is elastic when the pressure of impact is weak, then it develops to the plastic deformation with the pressure increasing; As the pressure attenuates to zero, the de-formation remains for minutes and then the rebound takes place. Head of the refuge chamber had better to be designed as some structure which is helpful to reduce the harm from local severe non-uniform deformation.
