To search a suitable time-frequency analysis method in kinds of time-frequency analysis methods for heart sound, which has good time-frequency resolution to display the features of different heart sounds in order to assist heart diseases diagnose. Firstly, extract the heart sound envelope, locate the first heart sound and segmentation, then get S transform of a circle, finally, make the S transform statistics features of heart sounds as eigenvectors. The relative evaluation method showed this method can recognize different heart sounds.
