摘要

基于试验数据,得到单块C楞瓦楞纸板动态本构关系,并运用最小二乘法成功识别本构关系中的参数。然后建立了多层瓦楞纸板组成的串联缓冲系统动力学模型。最后计算串联缓冲系统的动力学响应,与试验数据对比并进行验证。所提出的方法为串联缓冲系统的优化结构设计奠定了基础。

Abstract

The dynamic constitutive relation of monolayer corrugated paperboard with C-Flute is obtained from experimental data,and the parameters in the relation are identified by using least square method.Then dynamic model for cushioning packaging system of series corrugated paperboard with C- Flute is established.Finally,the dynamic responses of the cushion packaging system made of multi-layer corrugated paperboard is computed and verified by experiments.The proposed method in this paper can lay solid foundation for the optimization design of packaging structure.
