摘要

以某型重机枪为研究对象,建立了机枪的有限元模型;在不改动机枪枪身的前提下,对机枪的枪架进行了结构参数化,并以机枪的动态特性为目标函数,以第一阶固有频率为约束条件,建立了机枪的优化模型。利用一阶优化方法,对枪架结构参数进行了优化设计。仿真结果表明,优化后的动态特性得到了明显的改善,提高了机枪的射击精度,为机枪的优化设计提供一定的参考价值。

Abstract

Taking a heavy machine gun as research object, the finite element model of machine gun is established; On the basis of unchanging in gun-body, the dimension of gun mount is parameter. Moreover, the optimize model of machine gun is created with the object function of dynamic characteristics on the restrict conditions of the first natural frequency. By means of the first order method, the gun mount is optimized. The simulation results show that the dynamic characteristics are improved and the firing accuracy is better.
