摘要

在对结构防爆能力的数值分析中,考虑所有迎爆加强筋的耦合,会大大增加建模工作量及计算时间。为提高计算效率,文中对局部板架结构中处于迎爆状态的纵向加强筋采用全耦合、不耦合及部分耦合等多种耦合程度的建模。并基于MSC.Dytran有限元分析软件,计算迎爆加强筋的耦合程度对结构响应及计算时间的影响,得到迎爆加强筋对耦合程度问题的简化。研究结果表明:在适当的情况下,一些耦合程度较低的建模方式仍可以保证计算精度,同时减少建模工作量和提高数值计算效率。

Abstract

In numerical analysis of hull structure’s anti-explosion capability, if coupling of all stiffeners facing blast load is considered, the workload of model building and computing time will be increased severely. In order to improve computational efficiency, the longitudinal stiffeners on local grillage structure facing blast load were modeled under multiple coupling degrees, such as entirely coupled, uncoupled and partially coupled。Based on MSC.Dytran, the influence of coupling degrees on structure response and computational time was analyzed, and the feasible way of simplified coupling degree was acquired. The result indicates that under proper situations, models with low coupling degrees can still ensure computational accuracy, while reduce the workload of model building and increase computational efficiency simultaneously.
