摘要

爆炸螺栓是航空航天、武器装备等领域应用极为广泛的一种解锁分离装置,其爆炸分离过程产生的冲击激励使连接结构分离的同时,也将对周围结构产生严重的冲击破坏作用。本文基于计及材料强度的流体动力学控制方程,开发复合链表搜索技术及耦合SPH-FEM技术,分别采用SPH方法与有限元方法建立爆炸螺栓及其连接结构的三维数值模型,模拟分析了爆炸螺栓的解锁分离过程及结构在爆炸冲击激励作用下的动响应特性。

Abstract

Explosion Bolt is widely applied for separation process in the aerospace and weapon fields. The impact excitation generated in the explosion separation process can bring great damage to the surrounding structures, besides making them separated. Based on the hydrodynamic governing equations considering materials strength, three-dimensional models of the explosion bolt and the structure connected by it are built using SPH method and finite-element software, respectively. Multiple link-list searching technique and SPH-FEM coupling method are developed in the process. The unlocking process of the explosion bolt is simulated and the response characteristic of the structure under explosion impact excitation is studied.
