摘要

针对某精密仪器的橡胶隔振器(以下简称隔振器)进行了动态特性研究。通过对橡胶超弹性材料进行有限元建模分析,得到隔振器的硬非线性刚度特性,并以此特性为基础提出了隔振器非线性动力学模型的建立及求解方法,仿真计算了隔振器动态响应并对所设计的隔振器进行了实验研究。实验结果不仅说明所设计的隔振器具有良好的隔振缓冲能力,而且验证了隔振器非线性动力学模型的正确性及有效性,为进一步研究隔振器及承载设备的工作状况提供了基础。

Abstract

The study is proposed to investigate the rubber damper deployed in precision instrument. The nonlinear stiffness characteristics of the damper are obtained due to hyperelastic rubber analysis with FE method, and thus the nonlinear dynamic model is built. Combined with harmonic balance method and vector solution, the dynamic characteristics of the damper are calculated. On that basis, a series of experiments are conducted, which verified that the simulation computation conforms to the experiment results. This study illustrates that the nonlinear model of the rubber damper is effective and provides the foundation for further analysis about the damper behavior and the response of the loaded precision instrument.
