摘要

为了研究结构参数和运行参数对自激脉冲射流装置性能的影响,利用自行研制试验系统对自激脉冲射流装置结构参数和运行参数进行了大量的试验研究,得到了在上喷嘴直径12mm和腔径120mm的情况下,下喷嘴直径、腔长和工作压力对脉冲射流打击力和脉冲效果的影响。试验结果分析表明,对于不同的下喷嘴直径,在各个工作压力下,腔长变化对打击力的影响是不同的;当下喷嘴直径一定时,存在着获得脉冲效果的最佳腔长和工作压力范围;随着下喷嘴直径的增大,最佳腔长范围有逐渐增大的趋势。

Abstract

In order to study the influence of the structural parameters and working parameter on the self-excited pulsed jet device performance, a great deal of experiments was carried out on the independently developing experimental system. In the case of the top nozzle 12mm in diameter and chamber 120mm in diameter the effect of the under nozzle diameter, chamber length and working pressure on the hitting power and pulsing effect was got. The analysis results indicate that the influence of the chamber length on the hitting power is different for the different under nozzle diameter and each working pressure, while the under nozzle diameter is a certain value there are the optimum chamber length and working pressure range that pulsed effect is got. With the increase of the under nozzle diameter, the trend of the optimum chamber length range also increases gradually.
