摘要

分析了在膜片式弹性联轴器不对中情况下,滑动轴承支撑的多盘转子系统的非线性动力特性和稳定性。联轴器不对中所产生的附加力和力矩作为施加在轴系上的外部激励。综合运用频谱、轴心轨迹、分叉图、Poincaré 图和最大Lyapunov指数等方法,比较分析了转子-轴承系统在考虑联轴器不对中前后的动力响应和稳定性。研究表明联轴器不对中会引起2X, 3X, 4X甚至更高倍频的振动,其中2X振动占据主要地位,不对中对转子上节点的振动的影响随着其与联轴器的距离的增加而减小。不对中对轴系的1阶临界转速的影响可以忽略,当转子转速超过系统2倍1阶临界转速时,系统会发生油膜振荡,联轴器不对中会使系统发生油膜振荡的转速升高,同时对转子振动有一定的抑制作用。

Abstract

The nonlinear dynamic behaviors and stability of a multi-disk rotor supported by oil lubricated journal bearings with coupling misalignment is analyzed. The dynamic responses of the system with and without coupling misalignment are obtained using numerical integration method and comparative analysis is made. Spectra plots, Bifurcation diagrams, orbits, Poincaré maps and largest Lyapunov exponent are utilized to study vibration characteristics and stability of the system. The study shows that misalignment can cause 2X, 3X, 4X or even higher orders of super harmonic resonances. The amplitude of 2X response can be larger than that of the 1X response, and the amplitude decreases as the distance between the measuring points to the coupling increases.
