摘要

针对滚动活塞压缩机泵腔气流噪声问题,提出了基于CFD数值模拟的分析方法。采用动网格技术进行了泵腔流动模拟,发现了湍流强度较大的旋涡流动并确定了其位置和形成机制,再以泵腔壁面所受的气体力比较评价湍流激励的幅频特性。结合实验对泵腔有无消音孔的两种情况进行了对比分析,解释了消音孔的降噪原理,验证了该方法的有效性。在此基础上提出了控制泵腔流动和噪声的建议。

Abstract

In order to analyze gas flow noise from the chamber of rolling piston compressors, an effective method was presented based on computational fluid dynamics (CFD). Through the flow simulation of pump chamber by using dynamics mesh technology, the vortexes with larger turbulence intensity were found, and the location and mechanism of vortexes formation were analyzed. Then amplitude and frequency of vibration excitation were evaluated by gas force on the wall from CFD. The comparative results with or without silencer hole explained the principle of noise reduction, and validated the method. The proposal has also been arise to control flow and noise.
