摘要

为了提高瓷砖抛光机的效率,提出一种多转速抛光机。分析了多转速抛光机结构和原理,设计了磨头变速机构。以新多转速抛光机磨头为研究对象,建立磨头动力学模型。得出Z方向的振动大于X、Y方向的振动,并通过实验得到验证。通过实验确定了多转速抛光机粗磨磨头转速为570rpm、压力为2.6MPa~3.2MPa,精磨磨头转速为475rpm、压力为2.6MPa,抛光磨头转速为570rpm、压力为3.2MPa

Abstract

In order to improve the quality and efficiency of tile polishing machine, a new multi-speed polishing machine was proposed. Structure and principle of multi-speed polishing machine was analyzed, the variable speed mechanism of grinding head was designed. Combined with a given example of the grinding head of multi-speed polishing machine, it established dynamics model of grinding head. It is concluded that the vibration both in X direction and Y direction is less than the vibration Z direction, the theoretical analysis is verified through experiment. A good technology of multi-speed polishing machine was established according to the results of experiment and the parameters are as follow: the primary grinding head speed of 570rpm and grinding head pressure of 2.6MPa~3.2MPa, the fine grinding head speed of 475rpm and grinding head pressure of 2.6MPa, the polishing grinding head speed of 570rpm and grinding head pressure of 3.2MPa
