摘要

目前国内的四缸柴油机的平衡技术大多数是局限于对二阶往复惯性力的平衡,而对于理论和技术方面难度较大的侧倾力矩考虑的很少,甚至是没有考虑,但侧倾力矩是引起发动机剧烈振动的主要振动力源之一,从理论上对侧倾力矩的性质、平衡方法、平衡条件等进行了分析,设计了相应的平衡机构,并通过对4190柴油机的振动试验获得了验证,解决了该类机型侧倾力矩的平衡问题

Abstract

Domestic studies of in-line four-cylinder engines’ balance techniques are focused on the second order reciprocating inertial force at present. The balance of overturning moment is almost not considered for theoretical and technique difficulties. However the overturning moment is one of the main vibration excitations. In this paper, the characteristics of the overturning moment, the balance methods and balance conditions are analyzed. Also the balance mechanism is designed. Vibration experiments are conducted on a 4190 diesel engine. Results show that the overturning moment balance problem is solved by the balance mechanism.
