摘要

胶泥吸能器是一种比较理想的隔振、抗冲防护设备,由于其耗能机理的复杂性导致人们对其设计方法认识的不足,限制了该类吸能器在重大能源领域的推广和利用,因此研究其设计方法,将其在国内外推广应用具有很高的经济价值。针对前期推导的阻尼器设计方法展开冲击试验,研究设计方法中所涉及的阻尼介质和阻尼器的结构参数对其阻尼力的影响规律。通过对几种阻尼介质和具有不同内部结构的几种阻尼器的反复试验发现,该规律与阻尼器设计方法所反映的规律吻合很好,从而证明该设计方法准确地描述了阻尼器物理参数与其力学特性的关系,可以用于阻尼器的结构设计。

Abstract

The elastomer damper is a kind of good anti-shock equipment. The complexity of its shock energy dissipating mechanism restricts generalizing the use of the damper. Therefore, it is necessary to find a design method. In this paper, a damper design method which has been got in prevenient paper is experimented by shock tests. The parameters in the mathematical model are all analyzed. From the analysis results, the conclusion can be drawn that the design method can be used to calculate the physical dimensions of dampers.
