摘要

对Singace叠缩模型进行了修正,选用Johnson-Cook本构方程,研究冲击载荷的应变强化效应、应变率强化效应和温度效应下圆柱壳的吸能情况,利用分步叠缩的方法计算得到金属圆柱壳在冲击载荷作用下所吸收的能量值、温度的增加值和瞬时载荷-位移曲线,分析了圆柱壳的半径和厚度以及叠缩速度和能量吸收之间的关系

Abstract

Based on Johnson-Cook constitutive equation energy absorbed by tubes under axial crush load is studied by using revisted Singace fold model with considered strengthening effects of strain rate、strengthening effects of strain and softening effect of temperature; the total energy absorbed by tubes, increased temperture and load-deflection curve is obtained by method of step fold; the relation between energy absorbed and radius of tube 、thickness of tube 、fold vecocity of tube is analysed
