摘要

双稳系统是研究随机共振的基础。在机械故障诊断中,应用双稳系统的随机共振可以提取淹没在强噪声中的故障信号。首先研究了脉冲信号通过双稳系统的响应,提出了设定迭代初值的脉冲信号检测方法。然后通过分析滚动轴承故障,验证了用双稳系统的随机共振处理含冲击故障信号的实用性。

Abstract

Bistable system is the foundation of stochastic resonance. In the field of fault diagnosis, the stochastic resonance of a bistable system can be used to detect a weak signal in strong background noise. In this paper, we first studied the bistable system response of a pulse signal, and proposed the method of setting initial condition to extract the pulse signal. By analyzing the fault signal of rolling bearings, we have proved the practicability of this method in impact fault diagnosis.
