
螺旋传动式驱动器的爬行运动分析
Analysis of Stick-slip Motion for Actuator of Power Screw
依据应用于能动光学系统中的螺旋传动式驱动器,建立了螺旋传动系统中螺纹副的物理模型;由螺纹副之间的摩擦类型,推导出其运动的动力学表达式,详细分析了螺纹副的爬行运动,以及爬行运动发生的判据函数,同时分析了螺纹副各个参数对爬行运动发生的影响。通过对实际螺旋传动系统中的螺纹副进行建模,利用所推导的动力学表达式对其进行分析和优化,同时运用Simulink软件对同一系统进行建模和分析,二者得出相一致的结果。
The model for screw pair in the actuator of power screw, which is used in the active optics system, is established, and the mathematical expression of the motion is also derived based on the kind of friction. Specifically, the stick-slip motion as well as its criterion function is analyzed in detail, and then the influence of parameters of the screw pair on the stick-slip motion is obtained. With the above expression, the actual screw-driven system is adopted for modeling and optimization. In addition, the same screw pair is modeled and analyzed using software Simulink, and it can be demonstrated that both the mathematical expression and simulation provide very similar results.
