离心泵流体激励力诱发振动的蜗壳与叶轮途径

Vibratioin incited by fluid florces on centrifugal pump from volute path and impeller path

Research on vibration incited by fluid force on centrifugal pump by volute path and impeller path is valuable and instructive for reducing vibration. Transient analysis of motor-pump-workbench FEM is carried out based on fluid force on interior surface of centrifugal pump calculated by CFD. And response of impeller-shaft- support- workbench rotordynamic model is also obtained by Newmark- algorithm based on gross fluid force and torque on impeller from CFD.At last, the vibrations incited by the two paths are compared with each other. The results show that presssure pulsation on interior surface of volute is a widely frequancy-band source of vibration exitation, and vibration of each model is generated by centrigugal pump system with the pressure pulsation. Besides, maximal peak of amplitude spectrum of vibration displacement at centrifugal pump workbench incited by fluid force via impeller path locats at impeller-rotation frequency, while the spectrum maximal peak of vibration acceleration at the workbench does’t lie on blade passing frequency but flow channal passing frequency. The vibration of the workbench incited by fluid force of volute path is far less than that of impeller path, and impeller-shaft-support-workbench path is the main way that fluid force incites centrifugal pump workbench vibration.
