摘要

将基于有限元的管线振动特性分析方法与基于灵敏度分析的动力修改技术结合,提出基于有限元模型的管线系统动力修改思路,通过引入相关系数概念进行基于概率设计的灵敏度数值计算,使复杂结构的动态特性灵敏度分析成为可能。通过用该方法对某石化企业一高压管段进行灵敏度分析计算结果说明,管线约束位置、约束形式对系统动力特性影响明显。

Abstract

A basic idea of pipeline system dynamic modification is proposed, which combines the pipeline vibration characteristic analysis method based on finite element with dynamic modification technology based on sensitivity analysis. Correlation coefficient is introduced to have sensitivity numerical calculation, so that the complex structures dynamic characteristics sensitivity analysis make possible. A outlet pipeline system as an example for a specific sensitivity analysis, the result shows that the position and form of the pipeline support could obviously effect the system vibration characteristics.
