摘要
以单液滴为研究对象,建立液滴动力学模型,通过求解模型获得液滴振幅一次近似解及幅频特性关系。算例及实验结果表明,液滴非线性振动计算方法合理,液滴动力学模型能对高压脉冲电场激励油中液滴振动进行有效计算,且能预测液滴“共振”频率及振幅。该研究对研制高效电场脱水装置具有指导意义。
Abstract
Under exciting of high pulse electric field, it was very important to electro- dehydration of emulsified oil that drop happened to being flexing-deforming vibration. So far, it was scarce that people had studied on theoretical calculation of drop’s vibration. Single vibrating drop, in oil, was regarded as the research object under high pulse electric field, and established vibrating dynamics model of drop. By resolving the model, it was obtained that drop’s vibration simple approximate expression and swing-frequency characteristic expression. Results of calculating sample and experiment showed that the method of vibration calculating was reasonable and it was verified that the model, especially forecasting drop’s resonance amplitude and frequency, could efficiently calculate its amplitude. This research would be helpful to making highly efficient electro- dehydration machine.
