摘要

针对变转速下阶次全息谱分析精度不高问题,提出FT细化校正阶次全息谱分析方法。用基于三次样条插值的阶次跟踪对转子时域非平稳信号进行等角度重采样获得角域平稳信号;用FT细化校正法精确计算出各阶次幅值及相位信息,由幅值、相位信息求出阶次全息谱参数;据计算结果获得阶次全息谱图。通过仿真及转子实验台信号分析表明,该方法能精确获得阶次全息谱图,且能准确根据FT细化校正阶次全息谱图判断旋转机械转子的故障种类。

Abstract

Aiming at improve the accuracy of order holospectrum in the case of rotating speed fluctuation, the method of order holospectrum analysis based on FT zoom correction is proposed. Firstly, use order tracking based on the cubic spline interpolation to obtained stationary signals in angle domain from equiangular resampling of rotor unstable signal in time-domain, then, we can calculate more precision phase and amplitude of every order by FT zoom correction method, calculate the parameters of order holospectrum according to phase and amplitude, at last we will draw the picture of order holospectrum according to the calculate result. The analysis of simulation and analysis of flexible rotor’s vibration signal are presented to demonstrate that the method can obtain accurate order holospectrum, and also accurately determine the types of rotating machinery fault by the result of order holospectrum based on FT.
