摘要
以单级人字齿轮减速器为研究对象,综合考虑轮齿时变啮合刚度、误差、滑动轴承刚度及阻尼的影响,建立了传动系统动力学模型。通过傅里叶级数法求解,得到了轴承动载荷时域历程与频谱。以轴承动载荷为激励,采用FEM/BEM方法计算了减速器辐射噪声,得到齿轮箱声场各场点的噪声谱,分析了齿轮箱固有特性与激励各频率成分对辐射噪声的影响。对多工况下齿轮箱辐射噪声进行了计算,讨论了负载、啮合刚度波动及误差对减速器辐射噪声的影响,得到了辐射噪声随负载、啮合刚度及齿轮误差的变化规律,为减速器的减振降噪设计提供了理论依据。
Abstract
A dynamic model of the herringbone gear transmission system is developed considering the time-varying mesh stiffness, gear errors, the stiffness and damping of plain bearing. The time domain and frequency domain of dynamic bearing force are obtained by solving the dynamic model using Fourier Series Method. Taking the dynamic bearing force as excitation, the noise radiation of the gearbox is calculated by using FEM/BEM, and then the noise spectrums of different acoustic field points are obtained. The inherent property of the gearbox and excitation of each frequency component that influence the noise of the gearbox are analyzed. The factors that affect the noise of the gearbox are computed , the effect of operating load, mesh stiffness and gear error on vibration and noise radiation are discussed, and then the rule of noise radiation with operating load, mesh stiffness and gear error are obtained. The studies will provide useful theoretical guideline to the design of gearbox.
