摘要

建立流固耦合动力学仿真分析模型,对可倾轴承上出现的一种与油膜失稳很相似的低频不稳定振动问题进行研究。将可倾瓦块视为可以沿着支点上下移动以及绕着支点摆动的两自由度系统。采用有限差分法求解Reynolds方程得到油膜厚度动态变化情况下瓦块间隙内油膜压力分布,将其合力和合力矩反作用到瓦块上改变瓦块运动。仿真结果得到了试验证实。研究表明,在一定情况下瓦块颤振会引发低频不稳定振动。分析了瓦块间隙、转速等因素对瓦块颤振的影响,比较了瓦块颤振与油膜失稳之间的差别。

Abstract

A fluid solid coupled vibration simulation model was set up to research the unstable sub-synchronous vibration of tilting pad journal bearing, which is similar to oil whirl. Pad was considered as a vibration system with two degrees including the vertical motion and the tilting motion along pad pivot. Reynolds equation was solved using the finite difference method to calculate oil pressure distribution in the gap in case of changing film thickness. The summarized oil force and moment was reacted on the pad to change pad motion thereafter. Simulation results were verified by test. It shows that pad fluttering will cause the unstable sub-synchronous vibration in certain cases. Influence of bearing gap, rotating speed on pad fluttering was analyzed. Difference between oil whirl and pad fluttering was compared.
