摘要

在刚、柔多体系统动力学的基础上,采用刚液耦合、刚弹耦合的方法,建立了某型多管火箭炮的发射动力学模型,并在模型中引入路面与轮胎的柔性接触模型,较真实全面反映了整个火箭炮系统的真实力学特征。开展了相应发射情况的仿真分析,验证了模型和方法的可行性,得到了发射架在发射过程中的动态响应,计算并分析了相应的振动特性,为多管火箭炮系统的研制、试验提供理论支持。

Abstract

Launch dynamics simulation model of Multiple Launch Rocket System(MRLS) was established based on Multi-rigid body dynamics and multi-flexible body dynamics theories. The flexible contact model was introduced in simulation model,which could describe the real mechanical characteristics of MRLS. The launch dyanics simulation was performed,the dynamic response of launcher was obtained and the vibration performance was calculated also, simulation and experiment results verify the valid of model and methods. The methods and conclusions can be used as a theoretical foundation for development and experiment of new MRLS.
