摘要

针对道路载荷谱实质为非平稳信号的特点,以及经验模态分解(Empirical Mode Decomposition, EMD)降噪存在模态混淆的问题,将集成经验模态分解(Ensemble Empirical Mode Decomposition, EEMD)应用于道路载荷谱降噪处理,并从时域、频域和雨流域同EMD降噪效果进行了分析对比。提出基于EEMD的载荷谱信号降噪计算步骤,给出EEMD计算参数的求取原则,讨论计算参数对降噪效果的影响。结果表明,EEMD可以较好地估算并降低载荷谱信号中的噪声水平,提高信噪比和疲劳循环次数统计精度。

Abstract

Empirical Mode Decomposition(EMD) is not the most suitable method to process the denoising of road load spectra, which are characterized by the non-stationary. In this paper, a novel adaptive denoising method based on Ensemble Empirical Mode Decomposition(EEMD)is used and its denoising performances with EMD in the time domain, frequency domain and rainflow domain are compared. The calculation steps of denoising based on EEMD and the obtaining principle of the computational parameters are given, and the effects of the computational parameters on denoising are also discussed. The results indicate that the denoising method based on EEMD could be applied not only to estimate and reduce the noise level of road load spectra effectively, but also to obtain a higher signal-to-noise ratio(SNR) and improve the statistical accuracy of fatigue cycle number.
