摘要

针对心音信号非线性的特点,提出噪声水平自适应估计的局部投影与离散小波阈值相结合的去噪方法,该算法既能得到精确的重构信号又能保留微弱信号的有效特征。Lorenz序列数值仿真结果表明,该方法可以有效的抑制噪声,其信噪比和均方误差均优于局部投影去噪和离散小波阈值去噪;对比不同算法去噪前后信号的最大Lyapunov指数,得出该方法能很好的保留原始信号的非线性特征。对实测心音信号的降噪研究,进一步表明了该方法的有效性。

Abstract

For the nonlinear characteristics of heart sound signal, a heart sound denoising algorithm which use local projection based on adaptive estimation of noise level combine with discrete wavelet threshold was proposed, it can reconstruct signal accurately and can retain the effective characteristics of weak signal. Numerical simulation results of the Lorenz sequence show that the method can effectively filter out the noise, the signal to noise ratio and mean square error are superior to the local projective or discrete wavelet threshold denoising method. Compared to the Largest Lyapunov index of the signal before and after denoising between different algorithms, it concluded that the method can filter out noise at the same time can better retain the characteristics of the original signal. The denoising research of actual measured heart sound further shows the effectiveness of this method.
